Tracey Joscelyne

Co-FOUNDER | Yoga Teacher | Thai MASSage therapist

Tracey has been practicing yoga for over 20 years now She currently teaches 5 yoga classes a week, and has taught yoga in schools and in old peoples homes..She is a member of The British Wheel of Yoga.. Tracey has qualified with a distinction in Traditional Thai massage and has gone on to study more advanced techniques with some leading international practitioners. Now Tracey has a busy Thai Massage practice based in Porthmadog.,North Wales.. She also makes natural body products, soaps and perfumes, and enjoys real wholefood cooking.

 
 
 
 
 

Clair Fuller-Rowell. BA, Lic.Ac., MBAcC

Co-FOUNDER

Clair is an experienced acupuncturist working from both the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element styles. She has a degree in acupuncture, a license to practice and am a member of the British Acupuncture Council with whom she is insured.

ANJA BORUM BOst Registered Osteopath (8786) Lymphoedema Practitioner (Vodder)

As an osteopath, Anja has a special interest in women’s health which is reflected in her gentle treatment approach that combines structural, visceral and cranial techniques.

Applying her osteopathic skills, Anja is passionate about supporting women throughout all stages of their lives, particularly during times that are more challenging for the female body, such as pregnancy (ante and post natal), the menopause or rehabilitation after female cancers or hysterectomy surgery.

Anja is keen to raise more awareness of women’s health issues and is currently in the final year of her Postgraduate Diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy at the Molinari Institute of Health. She is a member of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

Having studied lymphoedema management and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to an advanced level at the International Vodder Academy in Austria, Anja is a member of the MLD UK.

She is married to Carl and are both taken frequently on extensive walks by Poppy, the labrador who has ambitions to become a therapy dog when she is older.
